Chin Inter Development has a strong background in real estate since 1977. It is leaded by Mr. Prasit Chinprasert and Mr. Pravit Chinprasert. Mr. Prasit in the past has a leading role in developing the shopping arcades in Thailand. He built the first hotel in his portfolio, Island View Hotel, in Pattaya in 1987. Our business expanded to Phuket in 2004. The first project was a housing project called Baan Suan Uchareon. It was very successfull and leaded to the next 4 projects under the 'Baan Suan Uchareon' brand until now.

Mr. Pravit Chinprasert is in IT Hardware and gadget business since he was graduated from Boston University Massachusetts. He found Chin International Holdings Company in 1995 which mainly import wellknown computer accessory brands such as Logitech, Fitbit, Philips and etc. Now the company was merged with a Singaporean publicly listed company trading in mainboard, Banleong Technologies.    Mr. Pravit Chinprasert is now a successor of Chin Inter Development and all other real estate business in the group.
